Product Description

LymGro® NK细胞无血清培养基，专门设计用于从人外周血、脐带血中体外诱导扩增NK细胞。该培养基配方中不含动物源成分，通过添加相应的细胞因子（IL-2、IL-15等）或与滋养层细胞（如如K562-mbIL15）共培养，可高效快速活化及扩增NK细胞。本产品在无血清条件下，已可以得到较好的效果，如有需要，可适当补充自体血浆或AB血清，或可得到更优越的性能表现。

本产品使用注射用水（Water-For-Injection）配置。
