ρ1.077样本密度分离液是以碘克沙醇（Iodixanol）为主要原料配置的水溶液，适用于从人外周血中分离淋巴细胞，用于体外研究。具有如下特点：

1. 无菌、无病毒、低粘度，即用型

2. 超低内毒素(< 0.1 EU/mL)

3. 高淋巴细胞回收率，低红细胞残留率

4. 保持B淋巴细胞和T淋巴细胞的活力。

碘克沙醇是非离子型化合物，具有低渗、低粘度、低细胞毒性的特性，分子量1550Da，有高亲水侧链，其溶解度最高可达 80 %（w/v），等同于密度1.426 g/mL。我们同时提供浓度为60%的碘克沙醇水溶液（R714JV），配合本产品，可用于配置不同密度的分离液。

本产品使用注射用水（Water-For-Injection）配置。
