Product Description

L-谷氨酰胺是细胞培养中必需的氨基酸。谷氨酰胺参与到嘌呤和嘧啶核苷、氨糖、谷胱甘肽、谷氨酸和其他氨基酸的生成，以及蛋白合成与葡萄糖的生产中。与其他氨基酸不同，谷氨酰胺在溶液中是不稳定的，其降解速率与时间、温度和酸碱度有关。本产品是200mM的浓缩溶液，用于在细胞培养中补充谷氨酰胺。

L-谷氨酰胺溶液，内含0.85%（W：V） NaCl。

本产品使用注射用水（Water-For-Injection）配制。

本产品供科学研究和生产使用，用于组织和细胞的体外培养。禁止临床使用。
