Product Description

LymGro® OptiT 淋巴细胞无血清培养基，专门设计用于人淋巴细胞的体外培养和扩增。产品适用于人外周血来源的T（包括CAR-T）、DC﹑CIK、NK等淋巴细胞的研究及应用。通过添加不同的细胞刺激因子，可高效快速扩增相应的淋巴细胞。也可用于培养功能上存在分化的淋巴细胞系，研究信号转导途径，以及执行有成分定义要求的应用等。与市面上常用的淋巴细胞无血清培养基（包括源培的常规款淋巴细胞无血清培养基）相比，该产品主要的特点是支持高密度培养，密度可达3x106 Cells/mL。LymGro® OptiT 淋巴细胞无血清培养基在无血清条件下，已经可以得到较好的效果，如有条件，可适当补充人AB血清，可能会得到更加优越的性能表现。

本产品使用注射用水（Water-For-Injection）配置。
