原代肝细胞无血清维持培养基 (PHM Medium) 是专为贴壁后的原代肝细胞（hPHs）长期功能维持而设计的完全培养基。本产品不含胎牛血清，避免了血清导致的肝细胞去分化（Dedifferentiation）。

PHM Medium能有效维持细胞色素 P450 (CYP450) 酶系的活性，支持肝细胞极性维持及“三明治”培养模型的建立，可有效延长肝细胞在体外的功能维持时间。
