0.5 mM EDTA 溶液是在不含钙镁离子的PBS缓冲液中添加了0.5 mM的EDTA。EDTA溶液因在细胞培养中可作为解离液而有着广泛应用。其作用原理是螯合金属离子，特别是钙离子和镁离子，防止细胞聚集。EDTA 溶液的消化能力较温和，主要用于代替酶类消化液，消化多能干细胞。

本产品使用注射用水（Water-For-Injection）配置。
