Product Description

本产品为碘克沙醇（Iodixanol）水溶液，浓度为60%（W/V），在此浓度下的密度为1.320g/mL。碘克沙醇是非离子型化合物，细胞毒性低，分子量1550Da，有高亲水侧链，水中的溶解度可达 80 %（W/V），在此浓度下的密度为1.426 g/mL。同时还能溶解在甲酰胺、二甲基甲酰胺和乙醇中，溶解度可达50 %（W/V）。使用无水介质可以减少生物学微粒比如线粒体和细胞核中水溶成分的流失。当用于人淋巴细胞分离时，可直接选购已经配置好相应密度（ρ=1.077g/mL）的淋巴细胞分离液，货号：R710JV。在ρ1.077样本密度分离液的基础上，通过加入一定体积的碘克沙醇溶液或PBS稀释液进行配比，可以得到不同密度的样本分离液，以下列出了部分常用密度的配置体积比：
