Product Description

肝细胞清洗液是专用于人原代肝细胞 (hPHs) 的纯化与富集过程中的洗涤试剂。

该清洗液添加了人血清白蛋白 (HSA) 和 N-乙酰半胱氨酸 (N-Acetylcysteine)，能够在离心洗涤过程中为细胞提供渗透压保护，清除非实质细胞及组织碎片，同时最大限度地维持细胞膜的完整性与活性，是获得高纯度 (>90%) 肝实质细胞的关键辅助试剂。

应用场景：

o    胶原酶消化后的组织悬液粗分离。

o    低速离心（50 × g）去除死细胞碎片时的重悬与洗涤。

o    密度梯度离心（如 Percoll 或 碘克沙醇）前的细胞重悬。
