Product Description

StemGro® 甲基纤维素培养基是含有甲基纤维素的半固体培养基，用于造血干细胞的集落形成单位（CFU）的体外检测，也被称为甲基纤维素检测。源培生物提供多种甲基纤维素培养基用于人造血干细胞的CFU检测，包括三种完全培养基（经典版、优化版、增强版）和不含细胞因子的基础培养基（T160JV），

本产品是优化版完全培养基，含在经典版的基础上，额外添加了G-CSF，可鉴别和计数CFU总集落数、红系集落（CFU-E和BFU-E）、粒细胞/巨噬细胞集落（CFU-GM、CFU-G和CFU-M）以及多谱系（CFU-GEMM）祖细胞集落。本产品使用注射用水（Water-For-Injection）配置。
