StemGro® 甲基纤维素培养基是含有甲基纤维素的半固体培养基，用于造血干细胞的集落形成单位（CFU）的体外检测，也被称为甲基纤维素检测。源培生物提供多种甲基纤维素培养基用于人造血干细胞的CFU检测，包括三种完全培养基（经典版、优化版、增强版）和不含细胞因子的基础培养基。

本产品是基础培养基，不含细胞因子，细胞因子需额外添加。

本产品使用注射用水（Water-For-Injection）配置。
