Product Description

StemGro® SFEM培养基是专为人造血干细胞的体外培养与扩增而研发的产品。该培养基以IMDM为基础，含有牛血清白蛋白、胰岛素、转铁蛋白及其他补充成分。

StemGro® SFEM培养基未添加重组造血细胞生长因子，以便用户根据需求灵活配制培养基，从而优化造血细胞的生长与扩增。

通过搭配适当的细胞因子，StemGro® SFEM培养基可用于扩增脐带血、骨髓或其他来源的有核细胞及CD34+细胞。此外，该培养基还可与谱系特异性扩增补充剂联用，定向扩增和分化造血干细胞以生成相应细胞类型，如：红系祖细胞、粒细胞、单核细胞、巨核细胞等。

本产品使用注射用水（Water-For-Injection）配置。
