Product Description

Trpzyme® iPSC/ES细胞消化液是专为人多能干细胞（iPSC）和人胚胎干细胞（ESC）的消化传代优化的无动物源消化液。该产品以天然微生物中提取而获得的高纯度、高比活的蛋白消化酶类作为主要原料，通过无菌过滤配制而成，具有极高的生物安全性，可完全代替猪源或牛源胰蛋白酶（Trypsin）在干细胞消化传代中的应用。

本产品与传统胰酶或重组胰酶相比具有如下优势：

1. 为iPSC/ES专门优化，温和不伤细胞膜；

2. 常温稳定，便于运输和存储；

3. 细胞传代后，无需额外添加胰蛋白酶抑制剂中和，用培养液稀释后即可；

4. 消化后细胞形态和增值能力恢复良好，可以得到形态均一的单细胞悬液。

本产品使用注射用水（Water-For-Injection）配置。
