Product Description

StemGro® ESS8多能干细胞培养基是专为人类多能干细胞（PSC）和胚胎干细胞（ESC）的生长和扩增而设计的无动物源成分（ACDF）培养基。该培养基由StemGro® ESS8/TeSR基础培养基和StemGro® ESS8添加剂两个组分组成

与传统的须添加动物血清的培养基或者具有复杂组分的无血清培养基相比，StemGro® ESS8多能干细胞培养基成分相对简单，在基础培养基的配方基础上只额外添加了8种干细胞培养所需的成分，既排除了培养过程中混入动物源成分的可能性，又保证了批间差异的完全可控。

由于添加了长效细胞因子，一次补液可维持48小时以上，培养方式灵活，周末无需加班换液

本产品使用注射用水（Water-For-Injection）配置。
