Product Description

StemGro® TeSR多能干细胞培养基是专为人类多能干细胞（hPSC）和胚胎干细胞（hESC）的生长和扩增而设计的化学成分明确的无血清培养基。该培养基由StemGro® ESS8/TeSR基础培养基和StemGro® TeSR-2D添加剂两个组分组成，添加剂中含有重组人碱性成纤维细胞生长因子（rh bFGF）和重组人转化生长因子（rh TGFβ），无需再添加其他生长因子。由于添加了长效细胞因子，一次补液可维持48小时以上，培养方式灵活，周末无需加班换液。

此外源培还提供专用于iPSC三维（3D）培养的StemGro® TeSR多能干细胞培养基-3D培养套装，货号T441KJ。

本产品使用注射用水（Water-For-Injection）配置。
