Product Description

当iPSC用于药物筛选或细胞治疗时，需要采用大规模扩增工艺，相对于传统的增加培养面积的二维平面培养，三维（3D）悬浮培养代表了产业化的主流方向。该工艺是将iPSC以小聚集体（Aggregate）或微载体（Microcarrier）的形式在生物反应器（如搅拌式生物反应器、波浪式生物反应器）中进行悬浮培养。

StemGro® TeSR多能干细胞培养基-3D是专为人类多能干细胞（hPSC）和胚胎干细胞（hESC）在3D悬浮培养条件下生长和扩增而设计的化学成分明确的无血清培养基。该培养基由StemGro® ESS8/TeSR基础培养基和StemGro® TeSR-3D添加剂两个组分组成，添加剂中含有重组人碱性成纤维细胞生长因子（rh bFGF）和重组人转化生长因子（rh TGFβ），无需再添加其他生长因子。由于添加了长效细胞因子，一次补液可维持48小时以上，培养方式灵活，周末无需加班换液。

此外源培还提供专用于iPSC二维平面培养的StemGro® TeSR多能干细胞培养基培养套装，货号T440KJ。

本产品使用注射用水（Water-For-Injection）配置。
