rHIT-ACF血清替代物是重组人血清白蛋白、重组人胰岛素和重组人转铁蛋白的混合添加剂，在 IMDM培养基中配制。该添加剂不含动物源成分，主要用于支持人造血干细胞在无血清培养基配方中的生长。源培同时还提供含有牛血清白蛋白和人血清白蛋白的同类型添加剂，以供在不同的应用场景下使用。
