HIT-XF血清替代物是人血清白蛋白、重组人胰岛素和重组人转铁蛋白的混合添加剂，在 IMDM培养基中配制。该添加剂不含异源性成分，主要用于支持人造血干细胞在无血清培养基配方中的生长。源培同时还提供含有牛血清白蛋白和重组人血清白蛋白的同类型添加剂，以供在不同的应用场景下使用。
