Product Description

转铁蛋白是一种单体血清糖蛋白（约 80,000 道尔顿），其通过受体介导的内吞作用结合到脊椎动物细胞表面的特定受体上，并提供最多两个 Fe3+ 原子。转铁蛋白对于绝大部分细胞系在无血清培养环境下生长是必需的，而饱和铁形态的转铁蛋白对于促进细胞生长是最有效的形态。本产品为重组人铁饱和型（HOLO）转铁蛋白，通过大肠杆菌表达，采用冻干粉形式，铁饱和度 > 90%。使用前用PBS或其它合适溶剂在室温下溶解，浓度在0.5~2.0mg/mL，用滤膜过滤除菌后待用。溶液在无菌条件下2~8℃可保存30天，长期保存需冷冻，培养基中的建议添加浓度为0.5-50 µg/ml。

本产品供科学研究和生产使用，用于组织和细胞的体外培养。
