Product Description

CEPT添加剂是基于美国国立卫生研究院（NIH）通过对超过15000种化合物的筛选而确定的一种小分子化合物组合（称为CEPT），由4种成分组成，并取其组成成分（Chroman 1、Emricasan、Polyamines、Trans-ISRIB）的开头字母命名为“CEPT”。CEPT在多能干细胞传代、拟胚体形成、类器官形成、单细胞克隆、基因编辑、干细胞分化和冷冻保存细胞（包括PSC、心肌细胞、神经元、星形胶质细胞和肝细胞）的恢复等方面均能够提供优越的细胞保护性能。

CEPT添加剂在各种处理和加工步骤中降低了细胞压力，提高了干细胞、分化细胞和原代细胞的存活率，在这些步骤中，细胞损伤和死亡可能会限制细胞培养工作流程的成功。与传统的ROCK抑制剂（如Y-27632）和其他市售细胞培养试剂相比，它是一种独特的配方，可提供卓越的细胞保护。

CEPT可用作StemGro® ESS8或者StemGro® TeSR 多能干细胞培养基补充剂，促进人多能干细胞的复苏和传代成活率
