Product Description

CO2 非依赖性培养基采用磷酸盐缓冲体系。配方中含有少量碳酸氢钠以满足必需的碳酸氢盐依赖性功能。由于不使用合成缓冲液如Hepes，因此消除了与此类缓冲系统相关的细胞毒性效应。另外，该培养基的优化配方可提高细胞生产和 CO2 利用率，因此无需外源性 CO2 即可维持 CO2 依赖性细胞功能。

CO2 非依赖性培养基用于支持各种悬浮和贴壁的哺乳动物细胞生长，例如上皮细胞、成纤维细胞和淋巴样细胞系，而不需要 CO2 培养箱。

该培养基是在大气条件下运输细胞或组织以及处理小鼠胚胎的理想选择。如需长期培养，建议使用传统标准二氧化碳依赖型培养基。

本产品使用注射用水（Water-For-Injection）配置。
