Product Description

       胎牛血清是胎牛血液凝固后，去除血浆中纤维蛋白原及某些凝血因子后分离出的淡黄色澄清液体，含有丰富的细胞生长必须的营养成分，广泛用于细胞培养。

       胎牛血清中含有各种氨基酸、维生素、无机物、脂类物质等这些维持细胞生长必须的营养物质，也含有胰岛素、氢化可的松、地塞米松、bFGF、EGF、PDGF、转铁蛋白等可促进细胞生长的激素、生长因子及结合蛋白。此外，血清还有解毒、缓冲、抑制蛋白酶活性等作用，保护细胞不受伤害。

       本产品采自新西兰的健康牛，经无菌采集、批量混合、3 级 100nm 过滤器过滤分装，不含支原体和 BVDV、PI3、IBR、BPV 等牛源病毒。

       本产品供科学研究和生产使用，用于组织和细胞的体外培养。严禁用于临床。
