Product Description

DMEM (Dulbecco's Modified Eagle Medium) 是一种广泛使用的基础培养基，适用于多种哺乳动物细胞培养，包括HeLa, 293, Cos-7, 和 PC-12等细胞系，以及原代成纤维细胞，神经元，神经胶质细胞，人脐带静脉内皮细胞，平滑肌细胞等，DMEM与MEM相比，含有四倍浓度的氨基酸和维生素。

StemGro® 高糖 DMEM 培养基是经优化用于未分化胚胎干细胞及诱导型多能干细胞生长。渗透压经优化接近小鼠胚胎组织的渗透压。

本产品使用注射用水（Water-For-Injection）配置。
