Product Description

LabCare® Antimicrobial Reagent是一种高效、低毒的新一代混合型广谱抗菌素，它对革兰氏阳性菌、革兰氏阴性菌、真菌、酵母和支原体均有杀伤作用，但对原代细胞没有毒性，因为其作用的靶标只存在于微生物上。该试剂‌适用于原代细胞，干细胞、组织、类器官的培养和保存，并能去除血清中的黑胶虫‌。

核心特点

1、广谱的抗菌活性

有效抑制革兰氏阳性菌、革兰氏阴性菌、真菌、酵母、支原体、黑胶虫

2、低细胞毒性

对原代细胞友好，相比单独使用某一类抗菌素，混合物毒性更低，尤其适用于神经元、肝细胞等敏感细胞类型。

3、培养基兼容性

含血清培养基：稳定性较好，但需注意血清可能略微降低其活性

无血清培养基：无需调整剂量，可直接添加。

4、全培养环节通用

可用于培养基、洗涤液、组织器官储存介质

本产品使用注射用水（Water-For-Injection）配置。

本产品供科学研究使用，用于组织和细胞的体外培养。

禁止临床使用。
