RBC Lysis Solution主要用于裂解含淋巴细胞样品（比如用 EDTA 处理过的全血、血沉棕黄层和骨髓）中的红细胞。相对于传统的ACK（铵-氯-钾）裂解缓冲液（货号S371KJ），本产品用于对淋巴细胞的膜完整性有更高要求的下游应用。

本产品使用注射用水（Water-For-Injection）配置。

本产品供科学研究和生产使用，用于组织和细胞的体外培养。
