Product Description

红细胞裂解液主要用于裂解含淋巴细胞样品（比如用 EDTA 处理过的全血、血沉棕黄层和骨髓）中的红细胞。该产品含有氯化铵，按照指示使用时，能够裂解红细胞，而对淋巴细胞只有轻微影响。但有核红细胞不能有效地用氯化铵裂解。如后续实验对淋巴细胞的膜完整性有更高要求，建议使用我们提供的另一种裂解液，货号S372KJ

本产品使用注射用水（Water-For-Injection）配置。

本产品供科学研究和生产使用，用于组织和细胞的体外培养。
