Product Description

MEM (Minimum Essential Medium) 是一种较为常用的细胞培养基。MEM 可用于各种悬浮和贴壁的哺乳动物细胞，包括 HeLa、BHK-21、293、HEP-2、HT-1080、MCF-7、成纤维细胞和原代大鼠星形胶质细胞，由Eagle基础培养基（BME）发展而来。此后对MEM进行了多次改良。本产品是Temin's 的改良形式，为 2x MEM，其中维生素和氨基酸的含量为原始 MEM 的4倍。

本产品使用注射用水（Water-For-Injection）配置。
