Product Description

HAT添加剂 (50X) 是次黄嘌呤钠、氨基喋呤和胸腺嘧啶的液体混合物。稀释后的HAT适合用作杂交瘤细胞融合后的选择培养基，以去除未融合或自融合的HGPRT--骨髓瘤细胞。次黄嘌呤和胸腺嘧啶提供预先形成的嘌呤和嘧啶，以便杂交瘤细胞通过补救途径合成 DNA，补救途径会利用脾脏融合细胞提供的HGPRT。氨基喋呤是叶酸拮抗剂，可以抑制核苷的生物合成途径。

50X的浓度为：5mM次黄嘌呤钠，20µM氨基喋呤，0.8mM 胸腺嘧啶。

本产品使用注射用水（Water-For-Injection）配制。

本产品供科学研究和生产使用，用于组织和细胞的体外培养。禁止临床使用。
