Product Description

支原体是一种大小仅为0.2~0.3 μm，无细胞壁，可透过一般过滤膜（0.22 ~ 0.45 μm）的原核生物。在细胞培养过程中，有很高的几率会发生支原体污染。有关研究发现，当细胞（特别是传代细胞）被支原体污染后，细胞内的DNA、RNA及蛋白表达可能会发生改变，而细胞的生长率一般并未发生显著的影响，因而支原体污染事件一般难以察觉。源培生物的支原体去除试剂可用于解决因支原体污染而导致细胞污染或状态下降的问题，同时其对于常见的革兰氏阴性和阳性菌也有一定的清除作用。从而确保研究人员的研究结果真实、可信。

本产品使用注射用水（Water-For-Injection）配制。

本产品供科学研究使用，用于组织和细胞的体外培养。禁止临床使用。
