NeuroGro™ 神经元细胞基础培养基用于出产前/胚胎神经元细胞的培养，使用时需添加源培 B-27 或 N-2 添加剂。可应用于海马神经元，大脑皮层和大脑其他区域的神经细胞的培养。该培养基可以在不添加胶质细胞饲养层的情况下，短期或长期维持神经细胞的同源群落存活。

NeuroGro™ 神经元细胞基础培养基不含L-谷氨酰胺（Glutamine）、L-谷氨酸和 L-天冬氨酸，必须组合无血清添加剂(例如 B-27 或 N-2 添加剂) ，或者血清和 0.5 mM L-谷氨酰胺，再或者血清和 0.5 mM L-丙胺酰-谷氨酰胺溶液。初次接种平板时，应加入 25 µM L-谷氨酸。

本产品使用注射用水（Water-For-Injection）配置。

本产品供科学研究和生产使用，用于组织和细胞的体外培养。

禁止临床使用。
