Product Description

非动物源TSB培养基，以大豆蛋白胨和酵母粉取代配方中的胰蛋白胨，不含动物源成分，可用于制药行业中无菌模拟灌装。

大豆蛋白胨和酵母粉：提供细菌生长所需的氨基酸、多肽等含氮营养物质。

氯化钠：维持培养基的渗透压平衡，为细菌生长提供适宜的环境。

磷酸氢二钾：作为缓冲剂，稳定培养基的 pH 值，确保细菌在合适的酸碱度环境中生长。

葡萄糖：提供细菌代谢所需的碳源和能量。

本产品可以冷过滤，替代制备液体药物产品的粉状成分，以提供无菌生产中微生物污染水平的指标。

本产品也可以高温高压灭菌，用于实验室常规应用，但不作为推荐使用，建议使用药典标准配方的TSB（目录号：Q808）
