Product Description

通过培养贴壁依赖型哺乳动物细胞，例如：Vero，人二倍体细胞为宿主扩增的病毒，可用于疫苗、细胞治疗用载体等生物制品的生产，在生产工艺中可能会带入用于贴壁细胞传代的消化酶，终产物中各类酶的残留可能会使疫苗疗效降低，并导致不良的机体免疫反应，因此在产品纯化工艺中，应最大限度地去除各类酶，基于此目的，需建立一套稳定而可靠的消化酶残留检测方法，用以检测各类消化酶在产品中的含量。

本试剂盒是基于抗原抗体特异性结合的原理而开发的用于重组胰蛋白酶含量检测的酶联免疫检测试剂盒，可用于纯化工艺研究、常规过程控制、质量控制和最终产品合格放行检测。

本试剂盒可用于检测样品中存在的重组胰蛋白酶，针对本公司生产的Trpzyme^®系列细胞消化液酶含量的检测，特异性更高，也可用于与此类似的商品化细胞消化液的残留检测（如Thermofisher：TrypLE系列等）。
