Product Description

M2和M16培养基是植入前期小鼠胚胎体外培养的常用培养基。这是一种经过改良的Krebs-Ringer碳酸氢盐溶液。

M16含有丙酮酸和乳酸作为能量来源，因为植入前小鼠胚胎不能有效利用葡萄糖。M2培养基是对M16的进一步改良，用HEPES缓冲液替代部分碳酸氢盐。M2可用于在大气环境下长时间收集和处理胚胎。

本产品使用注射用水（Water-For-Injection）配置。
