StemGro^® 间充质干细胞（MSC）无血清基础培养基II是专为人类间充质干细胞（包括脐带间充质、骨髓间充质、脂肪间充质、脐带血间充质等干细胞）设计的基础培养基。该培养基为基础配方，需添加一定比例的人血小板裂解物（PLT），制备成完全培养基后使用。在干细胞分离过程中，当细胞贴壁率达到 75 ~85 % 后，可使用配置好的间充质干细胞（MSC）无血清完全培养基进行传代。与传统的须添加动物血清的培养基相比，配合PLT使用的StemGro^®间充质干细胞(MSC)无血清基础培养基能维持间充质干细胞的无分化生长，保持细胞的形态特征和正常的染色体核型等，保证间充质干细胞的高增殖率以及分化潜能，并排除了培养过程中混入异源物质（来自于人类以外的其他动物物种的成分）的可能性。

StemGro^® 间充质干细胞（MSC）无血清基础培养基II也可用于从间充质干细胞中提取外泌体的研究。具体做法是在表达外泌体阶段，只添加基础培养基，不添加血小板裂解物。在无添加剂的状态下培养24-48小时，待细胞汇合度到90%-100%时收取细胞培养上清液，该上清液即可用于外泌体提取实验。需要注意的是，这一步骤的培养时间越久，提取得到的外泌体的量会越多。我们建议在细胞状态良好的前提下，尽可能延长这一步的培养时间。

本产品使用注射用水（Water-For-Injection）配置。
