Product Description

本产品是无动物来源化学成份限定的补料，适用于CHO细胞生长的的稳定表达。本产品含有高浓度的主要营养成份，是通过对细胞培养表现、物理特性、合规性和安全性进行多重分析而设计的补料，与AdvaCHO无血清培养基（H320KJ）配套使用，进行流加补料批式培养，对常见的CHO细胞系，如CHO-S, CHO-K1, DG44, GS等均适用。

本产品在优化过程中可额外添加细胞培养级的酵母粉或其他蛋白水解物，如CellTurbo® 100g/L 植物蛋白水解物溶液（S291JV）。

本产品使用注射用水（Water-For-Injection）配制。
