Product Description

外泌体（Exosome）是由活细胞分泌的直径约为30-150 nm的小囊泡，具有典型的脂质双分子层结构，存在于细胞培养上清液、血清、血浆、唾液、尿液、羊水以及其它生物体液中，外泌体携带有多种蛋白质、脂类、DNA和RNA等重要信息，不仅在细胞与细胞间的物质和信息传递中起重要作用，更有望成为多种疾病的早期诊断标志物。

外泌体表达无血清培养基是一款用于促进肿瘤细胞、干细胞等细胞中外泌体表达的培养基。该培养基为无动物源、无血清配方，细胞培养过程中无需添加血清即可达到完全培养基的培养状态，有利于外泌体的表达。

本产品使用注射用水（Water-For-Injection）配置。
