Product Description

TC-100昆虫细胞培养基是对Grace's昆虫细胞培养基的改良型配方。 改良是为了优化斜纹夜蛾细胞对NPV病毒（核多角体病毒）的生产。它不含原始配方中的蔗糖、果糖和几个三羧酸循环中间体。

TC-100是基础配方，使用时需添加10%的胎牛血清（货号S660JY）。该培养基支持几种鳞翅目细胞系的生长，包括草地贪夜蛾（即斜纹夜蛾细胞），用于杆状病毒的生产。

本产品使用注射用水（Water-For-Injection）配置。
