Product Description

通过体外大规模培养哺乳动物细胞扩增获得的病毒，可用于疫苗、细胞治疗用载体等生物制品的生产，在生产工艺中可能会带入用于去除宿主细胞的DNA和RNA的核酸内切酶，终产物中核酸内切酶的残留可能会使疫苗疗效降低，并导致不良的机体免疫反应。因此在产品纯化工艺中，应最大限度地去除核酸内切酶，基于此目的，需建立一套稳定而可靠的残留检测方法，用以检测核酸内切酶在产品中含量。

本试剂盒是基于抗原抗体特异性结合的原理，而开发的用于核酸内切酶含量检测的酶联免疫检测试剂盒，可用于纯化工艺研究、常规过程控制、质量控制和最终产品合格放行检测。

本试剂盒可用于检测样品中存在的核酸内切酶，针对本公司生产的MAXCRIPTION^®重组核酸内切酶（M221）含量的检测，特异性更高，也可用于其他商业化核酸内切酶残留检测的研究。
