Product Description

CD-Trpizer® 化学成分限定细胞消化液，是一种非酶类细胞消化液，主要成分是盐类和螯合剂，不含任何动物源成分，是对细胞温和的消化试剂。主要用于下游涉及膜表面受体研究、流式筛选、免疫组化等需要完整膜蛋白的应用。由于作用原理不是通过蛋白水解的方式，相对酶类消化液消化能力较弱，所以不建议用于具有较强贴壁性的细胞的日常传代。

本产品使用注射用水（Water-For-Injection）配置。

消化细胞后用于如下下游应用：

1. 膜表面受体研究；

2. 流式细胞筛选；

3. 细胞免疫荧光。
