Product Description

     本品为Φ90mm 的麦康凯琼脂培养基平皿（MacConkey Agar Medium，MA)，适用于医药、食品、化妆品等生产企业的微生物检验。 

     包装：两层抽真空塑料袋。 

     装箱：10 个/包，15 包/箱。

     用途： 用于发酵乳糖的革兰氏阴性肠道杆菌的选择性分离培养和计数。

     配方：

                 明胶胰酶水解物        17.0 g/L 

                 蛋白胨                         3.0 g/L 

                 乳糖                           10.0 g/L 

                 脱氧胆酸钠                  1.5 g/L 

                 氯化钠                         5.0 g/L

                 中性红                    30.0 mg/L

                 结晶紫                         1 mg/L

                 琼脂                           13.5 g/L

     无菌产品，一次性使用，严禁用于临床。
