      在基因表达分析中，cDNA的合成是至关重要的一个步骤。不理想的逆转录反应可能会导致以下结果：cDNA产量较低，而影响检测灵敏度，cDNA断裂缩短，而无法获得全长的基因cDNA。目前，绝大多数逆转录酶由于RNASE H的高活性及较低的热稳定性而导致无法稳定获得全长cDNA。源培生物的MAXCRIPTION®逆转录酶通过对M-MLV的基因工程突变改造，大大降低了RNASE H的活性，使其具有更好的逆转录活性，更高的逆转录温度，确保cDNA产量更高，全长更多。
