Product Description

HEPES (N-2-羟乙基吡嗪-N-2-乙磺酸) 是在细胞培养中经常使用的两性离子有机物缓冲剂。在培养细胞时，如果需要较长时间在二氧化碳培养箱以外操作，建议在培养基中添加10–25 mM HEPES，以获得更长时间的缓冲能力。 对于许多细胞培养体系来说，HEPES都是一个很好的缓冲剂选择，因为它不能穿透细胞膜，对多数生物化学反应的影响有限，在化学试剂和酶类的作用下稳定，并且只有很低的可见光和紫外光吸收。

本产品使用注射用水（Water-For-Injection）配置。

本产品供科学研究和生产使用，用于组织和细胞的体外培养。
