Product Description

Williams 培养基 E 最初由 Williams 和 Gunn 开发而来，用于成年大鼠肝上皮细胞的长期减血清培养。同时也可以用于多种哺乳动物干细胞的培养。本产品含 2000 mg/L 葡萄糖、50 mg/L 甘氨酸和 25 mg/L 丙酮酸钠；不含酚红、L-谷氨酰胺和 HEPES。由于培养基内不含任何蛋白成分或生长因子，因此使用时需要添加 5 - 10% 胎牛血清（FBS）。因为培养基中含有 2.2 g/L 的碳酸氢钠，所以需要在含有 5 - 10% 的二氧化碳环境中使用。
