Product Description

VirusPro^® 人二倍体细胞（HDC）低血清培养基，主要应用于病毒扩增或者疫苗生产。使用前需加入5%的胎牛血清或新生牛血清，以配制成人二倍体细胞（HDC）完全培养基。与传统培养基相比，它具有等同或者更优越的培养能力。人二倍体细胞是常被用来作为病毒性疫苗生产用的人源性细胞，是病毒性疫苗生产所需的重要生物材料，同时又是病毒外源因子检测用细胞。

本产品使用注射用水（Water-For-Injection）配置。
