Product Description

VirusPro™ MSVP无血清培养基，是一种无动物源成分、无蛋白，含有植物蛋白水解物的培养基，广泛适用于多种哺乳动物细胞的贴壁培养。使用时无需添加额外的蛋白成分，也无须预处理培养器皿表面。VirusPro™ MSVP无血清培养基主要应用于病毒扩增或者疫苗生产。与传统培养基相比，它具有等同或者更优越的培养能力，最大限度降低引进外源病毒的风险。

与其它无血清培养基相比，VirusPro™ MSVP无血清培养基最显著的特点就是多功能性，它可以培养很多种肾上皮细胞系，提高增殖的病毒滴度。比如可以培养MDCK、VERO、Marc 145、ST、PK-15、MDBK 、HEp2和BHK-21，也可以培养COS-7和Hela细胞系。

我们建议，在疫苗生产过程中，除培养Vero细胞不添加血清外，培养其它细胞可适当添加1~2 %的血清。

本产品使用注射用水（Water-For-Injection）配置。
